Due to a large number of "no shows," I will be implementing a cancelation fee of 50% of the projected total of your stay. After reserving kennels, and then having to turn people down that need boarding because of reserving those kennels for you, if you do not show up or forget to cancel, I have not only lost that revenue, but also could not help others who needed my services.
